BECE: Lil Win celebrates as boys prefect for Great Minds school gains admission to Prempeh College

Popular Ghanaian actor, Kojo Nkansah, popularly known as Lil Win, has dismissed reports that students of his school, Great Minds International School, have failed to pass the 2023 Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE).

On Facebook, Lil Win shared photos of the BECE result and placement form of missing boy prefect, Aduboffour Oheneba Boateng, who passed the exam with flying colors.

The intelligent JHS graduate's placement form revealed that he was admitted to the prestigious Prempeh College to offer general sciences.

The actor praised the class of 2023 and urged parents to get their wards enrolled in Great Minds International School.

“CONGRATULATIONS BOYS PREFECT. Ignore all rumors of poor performance or cancellation of results of my candidates. Management does not want to brag. Because in the end most will think that I have my hands in it. Great minds influence the lives of the young generation,”read the message.

Introduce a user-friendly online platform

He also called for more public information about how school placements take place.

“To raise awareness among students and parents about the fair and unbiased school placement process, and ensure that they understand the criteria and procedures involved. Involve the public in discussions about the school placement process, seeking feedback and suggestions to improve the fairness and effectiveness of the system to improve,” he added.

Many who thronged the comments section of his post praised brilliant students of the school for excelling in the BECE.

Covenant Emorsamey-Lucas Diam passed the exam with flying colors as he got six.

He attended the Universal Preparatory School in Dansoman in the Greater Accra Region.
