Ex-Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode, has extended his congratulations to Bayo Onanuga who has been named as the Special Adviser on Information and Strategy to President Bola Tinubu.
As confirmed by a statement disseminated on Friday by Ajuri Ngelale, the President’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, the appointment is official.
On Saturday, Fani-Kayode expressed his reaction to the appointment via his X account, extolling Onanuga’s abilities and praising his dedication, determination, and bravery.
He showed his belief that Onanuga would excel in his role as a pivotal voice within the presidency, as well as contribute credibility, experience, enthusiasm, dedication and power to the upcoming challenges.
President Tinubu was also praised by Fani-Kayode for acknowledging the previous Director of the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) who had dedicated himself to the presidential campaign.
He stated: “A heartfelt congratulations to my close friend, comrade and ally, Omoba Bayo Onanuga (@aonanuga1956), appointed as the Special Adviser to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Information and Strategy.
“Bayo’s abilities command immense respect from me, enriched by his commitment, determination and bravery.
