The Under-30 Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) Awards have nominated Nigerian chef and former Guinness World Record holder Hilda Baci, philanthropist Prada Uzodinma and real estate developer Bright Shekoni.
In a statement released on Saturday in Abuja, the Chairman of the Awards Committee, Mrs. Mina Obeten, said CEOs Network Africa would be in charge of organizing the event.
Obeten highlighted the achievements of the nominees and reaffirmed the organization's continued commitment to supporting the development of emerging African talents.
She stated that the list of nominees was made public by the award organizers on Friday and voting will be open until December 6.
Obeten said: “As a committed platform that promotes the growth and recognition of exceptional talent, CEOs Network Africa (CNA) invites the public to actively participate in the voting process.
“Nominees, including Prada Uzodinma, Hilda Baci, Bright Shekoni and others, were carefully selected for their outstanding contributions as creators and business owners who exemplify unparalleled leadership, innovation and creativity.”
Obeten, who also stressed the need for public participation in the voting process, stated that the voting period would provide ample time for the public to participate and make their voices heard.
“By participating in the voting process, you become an integral part of shaping the success story of these extraordinary individuals.
“We believe in the power of community to recognize and celebrate the achievements of young business leaders,” she said.
On behalf of CNA, the Co-Chairman of the Awards Committee, Mr. Abass Oroh, highlighted the profound impact the Awards have had on the African business landscape over the past five years.
