Ho Technical University: Ghanaian named best student and valedictorian of 2023: “Ewes are smart”

A former student of Kpando Technical Institute, Francis Edem Kumado, has made history at Ho Technical University as the top graduating and valedictorian of 2023.

The Higher National Diploma (HND) Fashion Design and Textiles student worked hard academically to graduate first in his class, achieving a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 4.95.

Not only has Kumado, 20, achieved his goal and made history, but he has also inspired many after winning the coveted title at the university's 24th Congregation this year.

The resident of Anfoega-Agata in the North Dayi District of the Volta Region of Ghana immediately received high praise when Ho Technical University published his achievement on the school's social media.
