Oluwatobiloba Daniel Anidugbe, widely recognized as Kizz Daniel, a leading figure in Nigerian music, was allegedly taken into custody in Ivory Coast.
Stella Dimoko Korkus, an entertainment correspondent, reported via her Instagram account that the artist was detained on Friday, October 13, due to his refusal to perform on stage.
She further stated that he is currently being held.
In her words, “Kizz Daniel was taken into custody in Ivory Coast after he received one hundred fifty thousand dollars but declined to perform on stage, choosing to stay backstage on Thursday, October 12, 2023.
“He is presently being held by the CAF (Confederation of African Football).”
