President Bola Tinubu has congratulated his predecessor, Muhammadu Buhari, on his 81st birthday.
The former president was hailed by Tinubu as the “best paradigm of sacrifice, dedication, patriotism and loyalty to the national cause.”
Ajuri Ngelale, the President's Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, made this known in a statement on Saturday.
