Pastor Williams Kumuyi revealed his hopeful perspective for Nigeria’s progression under President Tinubu and his newly assembled team, while engaging in a private conversation with journalists prior to the monthly Global Crusade of the Deeper Life Church.
Detailed during a live interview before the planned gathering in Osogbo on August 24, Kumuyi highlighted his positive anticipation for the country’s future.
Disregarding previous setbacks, he underlined a promising outlook on Nigeria’s future, saying, “Let’s leave behind past issues. This is a new era, and it’s my belief, as well as others’, that through our President and the cabinet members, we will witness a new phase for our nation. Positive changes are on the horizon,” he reassured.
The spiritual leader of the congregation underscored the meticulous process involved in selecting the fresh cabinet members, applauding their past accomplishments and contributions towards the nation.
Seeking support from Nigerians, he urged restraint from unnecessary criticism, expressing confidence that the leaders’ endeavors would yield positive results.
“Let’s leave behind past issues. This is a new era and it’s my belief, as well as others’, that through our President and the cabinet members we will witness a new phase for our nation. Positive changes are on the horizon. If we study the new ministers individually, their achievements as former state governors or ex-ministers are evident. They have been meticulously selected. If we put our trust in them and resist the urge to find fault at every opportunity, we believe that they will be ineffable instruments in the growth of our nation, guided by the hand of God.”
“God will instill wisdom in our leaders’ hearts, directing them towards serving the nation and implementing strategies that will be in the nation’s best interest. Divine wisdom will guide their actions and decisions,” he concluded.
