BBNaija All Stars’ Dark and Toxic Atmosphere, Explains Cross

Cross Ikechukwu, a participant in Big Brother Naija All-Stars, characterized the all-stars version of the show as “dark and toxic”.

Originally from the ‘Shine Ya Eyes’ season of the show, Cross disclosed his near departure from the show during a dialogue with media figure Miracle OP.

He disclosed: “A lot of situations unfolded while I was in the Big Brother House. I went through a bout of sadness for roughly two or three weeks.

“There came a time when I seriously considered approaching Big Brother to inform him I wanted to withdraw. I deeply desired to exit the House.

“The environment within the house was incredibly gloomy; it was full of disputes, debates, and toxicity. It possessed a unique energy that restrained me from feeling joy. I didn’t envision myself accomplishing much. There were plenty of potent, negative energies affecting me. I wasn’t able to be my authentic self. The impact of the House on me differed significantly from my initial season.”

Among the finalists were Cross, as well as other participants like Mercy Eke, Pere, Adekunle, Cee-C, and Ilebaye.

Mercy Eke emerged as the runner-up and Cee-C secured the third spot, with Ilebaye walking away with the impressive grand prize of 120 million naira.
